Shortly after the Red Markets pdf release, I decided sleep wasn't important and spent my entire Sunday compiling the ~500 page rule-book into a 3 page GM screen. In a pinch, it could serve equally well as a set of rule reference sheets.
Using clear tape, rigid plastic sleeves, and a degree in engineering turned them into a DIY screen:
